Your every day with us:
As a Benefits Analyst, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that consists of Data Specialist. As a Benefit Management Analyst, you will also be responsible to assist with installations, configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting as well as prepare, implement, and maintain quality documentation.

 

As well, you will:

  • Monitor, triage, assign and follow-up on internal and external work requests or inquiries within corporate turn around time.
  • Review release notes, develop test plans and carry out test cases.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes (reference material).
  • Make sure all reference material is accurate and complete and available in both French and English. 
  • Participate in client meetings and document activities, progress, decisions by producing and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Validate data integrity using the different tools available.   
  • Perform data entry as needed.
  • Serve as a primary contact for escalations.


What you need to succeed:

  • Post-secondary degree or computer science or related field of equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Coordinate tasks and make independent decisions without the need for much supervision
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel and Office Suite
  • Bilingualism
