Position Summary


The CPMO Analyst will be part of the overall Corporate Project Management Office team, and will report directly to the Manager, CPMO. You will be required to collaborate with CPMO personal and other stakeholder groups to define solution scope and clarify objectives. You will also be responsible to design and document CPMO process and work with CPMO leadership to implement and manage changes (e.g. training development and delivery).

 

This role will perform analysis to monitor and report on CPMO performance ensuring data and artifacts are collected, communicated, and stored in accordance with CPMO process. You will leverage existing/new technologies to enhance CPMO data modeling and dashboarding practices for more robust CPMO portfolio reporting. 

 

Key Responsibilities


•    Assess and document CPMO requirements to enhance existing or implement new opportunities. 
•    Lead and facilitate the analysis of appropriate solutions for problems or ideas that can be conceptualize, defined and documented as it relates to CPMO process. 
•    Assess and report on the collection and storage of key CPMO Project artifacts.
•    Communicate and collaborate with other stakeholders (e.g. IT Planning Analysts) to support sharing of accurate information. 
•    Support Project Managers and the drive for continuous improvements to CPMO process.
•    Manage multiple priorities and activities.
•    Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with key stakeholders.
•    Establish and support a team culture that aligns with Medavie’s core values and mission.

 

Required Qualifications 


Education: Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered.


Work Experience: 7+ years of analysis, documentation control, modeling & dashboarding, change management with demonstrated ability to monitor and influence outcomes.


Other Qualifications: Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies. 


Computer Skills: Microsoft suite of products, SharePoint, Power BI, Clarity, Monday.com


Language Skills: English, Bilingualism considered an asset.
