Your every day with us:

In this role, you are responsible for providing assistance to fellow Agents and the Account Managers to provide the right answers on inquiries on pending business or products. You are resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience with your above and beyond client focused attitude to new and existing clients, agents and brokers.

  • Supporting the day to day administrative activities of the general agents and Account managers in satisfying customer needs;
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with agents and brokers by handling their inquiries in an efficient manner;
  • Playing a key role in the preparation and distribution of product promotional materials, tracking all call and sales activities, and ensure client information is accurate and updated at all times;
  • Maintaining databases and producing reports;
  • Performing outbound follow-up calls to agents to maximize sales potential;
  • Working with different departments to find solutions in regards to client needs;
  • Presenting and articulating product features and benefits to agents; and 
  • Cross training and providing back up support to others on the team.

 What you need to succeed:

  • You like helping people – this is non-negotiable;
  • You are a good communicator – through email and phone, you are  clear, concise and friendly;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset;
  • Whatever it takes attitude, you like a new challenge every day;
  • Post -secondary education in business and/or administration or equivalent;
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a sales support role;
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry would be considered an asset;
  • Strong technical aptitude – you can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously; and
  • You are a problem-solving master; you understand client needs and learn quickly how to get the best results in any environment.
