As a Policy Administrator on the Inforce Business team, you are responsible for the administration of existing business; while providing superior customer service to internal stakeholders, plan members and brokers.


It is imperative that the policy administrator exhibit exceptional organizational skills and a high attentionto detail. This role will be accountable for communicating with internal and external clientele by telephone and/or in writing in a knowledgeable and professional manner.


As well, you will:


  • Provide service, support and technical assistance to clients in relation to the administration of their groupinsurance policies;
  • Analyze & respond to general and complex inquiries from members, internal/external stakeholders includingbrokers in a timely manner;
  • Have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders in the processing and updating of client fi les;
  • Maintain and update workfl ow/tools with appropriate documentation;
  • Adhere to and interpret business processes in a timely manner;
  • Have the opportunity to be involved in the continuous improvement of the quality of our services and be partof the solution;
  • Troubleshoot all inquiries relating to Administration service issues;
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service;


What you need to succeed:


  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an offi ce environment
  • High level of accuracy while working on a fast paced environment with demanding turn-around times
  • You are self-motivated and be able to work independently
  • You have strong knowledge of MS Offi ce and strong computer skills;
  • You are customer oriented, innovative. You lead with ‘yes;’ you are here to help
  • You are accountable for your work and our client’s experience
  • You provide excellent customer service
  • You are positive, collaborative and open to new ways of doing things
  • You enjoy learning and sharing your knowledge
  • Bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset
