Position Summary
Reporting to the Team Leader, Flexit and Autoload, you are responsible for customer administration on our flexible group insurance plans administration system (Flexit), including interface (Autoload) management and renewals. You work in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. You coordinate different phases of the assigned workload and ensure that deadlines are met. You oversee the follow-ups and customer support required during client interface or system changes as well as support initial loading activities of systems other than Flexit. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and maintain customer requirements at all times.
  • Ensure that administrative procedures are kept up to date.
  • Coordinate and perform administrative tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision. 
  • Manage renewal activities and ensure that tasks are completed within the established time frame.
  • Serve as a first contact for customers.
  • Process customer requests and follow up as required in accordance with established procedures and time frames while maintaining a reputation for excellence in customer service.
  • Develop test plans and carry out test cases to validate system or interface changes.
  • Employ a process improvement approach, make recommendations, and foster automation in the ways of working. 
  • Maintain an effective level of communication. 


Required Qualifications  

  • College diploma, university degree or relevant experience in needs analysis. 
  • Five years of relevant experience.
  • Very good knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to manipulate and organize data. 
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
