As such, we are looking for seasoned Enterprise Business Analysts to join our growing Enterprise Business Analysis team. We work in tandem with the Corporate Project Management office to deliver on Business and IT driven projects. Our practises are aligned with IIBA and focus on requirements gathering, traceability and stakeholder impact.


We are a maturing shop who are establishing a more disciplined business analysis framework within the organization and we are always looking for experience and fresh perspectives when it comes to improving the business analysis discipline and accelerating our maturity journey.

Your everyday with us:


As a member of the Enterprise Business Analysis team, you are a catalyst for change between evolving business needs and the delivery lifecycles of corresponding solutions. Your primary objective is to be the liaison between Business and solution delivery teams with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment that embraces a holistic “end-to-end” business perspective throughout the lifecycle of solution delivery. Your strong communication, facilitation and analytical skills will be utilized to capture business needs, identify stakeholder impacts, and effectively liaise with both the Business and solution delivery teams to deliver and adopt quality solutions for our internal and external customers.


What you need to succeed:


  • You have experience maturing and navigating the business analysis discipline within a large organization.
  • You are a self-motivated go-getter who likes the little details with the big picture in mind.
  • You enjoy getting to know people and thrive on building strong partnerships that will move the needle forward.
  • You are an effective communicator - clear, concise, and friendly in both your verbal & written communication.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating meetings with a diverse group of professionals to clarify business needs and priorities.
  • You are naturally curious and not afraid to ask “why?”. You use common sense, business acumen and the right information to simplify processes. It’s how you think.
  • You can translate and transition a business need into detailed business requirements through strong organization, understanding and collaboration.
  • College diploma, bachelor's degree, or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of proven and progressive business analysis experience.
  • Business Analysis Certification (IIBA), Process Improvement Certification (Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen) or interest in seeking certification.
  • Proficient using spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software. Assets include exposure to SharePoint, JIRA/ALM, process modelling software (e.g., Visio, iGrafx).
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset for this position.
